"Fabletics gift card system is so confusing and not user friendly at all. I went to my local outlet (Tulsa/Jenks, OK) and voiced my concerns. The staff were so sweet and did not give up until they figured out what was up! Turns out gift cards are redeemed as store credit when used online? Weird. Regardless, they were awesome and deserve recognition. "

"This is the second time this has happened, and now it's the third. I just used my refund credit and the shipment is going to the wrong address. I tried to reply back to support@fabletics (on my email) and the message states that Fabletics no longer responds to emails ---wait, what???? That is ridiculous - then don't sent out emails as confirmation as shipment. I am out $90.00 because I am too tired to continue writing via web messaging and explaining myself again, and again. I will never shop here again.
