"Factory Authorized Outlet took my order and sent verification for a Toro lawn mower. I called 10 days later having heard nothing more and speaking on the phone with Robert he said the mower was shipping that morning. Then a couple of days later they sent an email cancelling the order because of a delay in delivery by Toro (they never really had the mower they said they were shipping - was it a lie and just poor operations?). I spoke to the manager, Jose, and after all of this work I had done and their screw ups, but he would not put me on list to reorder this mower when the item became available. In other words, they take orders -- but care little else about you as a person or customer. If you think you might ever need any personalized care or problem solving from a vendor -- absolutely don't count on Factory Authorized Outlet. Honestly I will always pay more for a product if they treat you well because you never know when you are going to have a problem with the product, delivery or service. "
