Told that one item just came in the door and they had to check it in and then ship it out. When I ordered the item said it was on hand that is why I ordered it. Still waiting for the Item. Shipping is slow. "

"I needed a drill bit ASAP that they happened to have, at least their web site said they did. I ordered it and paid for overnight delivery so I could have it in time for the project. It was a very long bit so it wasn’t very easy to find, but I stopped looking because I thought I had it taken care of. It wasn’t until the day after I thought it would be delivered that I received an email telling me it was on back order and it would be another week or two. If I had known that to begin with I could have ordered the piece from another company and had it overnighted just in time. I was delayed by two days because of the lack of on time communication."
