We have just ordered the 4 3/4" size (Order#1797139) & wanted to add your 3' Item#PRBF3720 but in our haste (b/c we're online vs. having a human take our order), I think we asked if you could add Item#PRBF1270 which are too small. I asked in each of my numerous emails if you had a smaller size & wanted to make sure this wouldn't happen.....but it did. Having a person take our order would avoid this situation.
