Took a shot and reached out to inquire about lost packages. Got a response within a few hours and after a few back & forth emails, Factory Direct refunded my purchase. They offered to replace at no cost, but the delivery was time sensitive.
Again, 3-4 emails and less than one day and I had full refund because of USPS error.
This company is very serious about customer service!
