"I've been collecting fairy-themed items for years and decided to make a miniature fairy garden. After looking at many websites and local stores, I ordered from Factory Direct because the prices were so much more reasonable and the items in the photos looked great. I received my order and was delighted with every item. After reading reviews from customers who bought elsewhere and complained that items were broken, I was ready to get out my glue. Each figurine from Factory Direct was carefully cushioned and packed - not a scratch or chip on anything, even the figures with long, intricate wings. Also customers who purchased from other sites complained about the poor painting that made the faces scary and deformed. The factory direct fairy figures were even more lovey than the photos. The faces are adorable, perfectly painted and proportioned; they have personality. I have just placed another order! My fairy garden is in progress and looks beautiful thanks to Factory Direct.
