Emailed again and the next day I was informed the filters had shipped. Next email I received stated they were lost. The filters were never shipped because when you issue a FedEx label the tracking shows a pick up time and the filters were never picked up from Filters Direct. Total waste of my time and energy. Waiting on refund. If not issued soon I'll have to submit a dispute, more waisted time trying to do business with Filters Direct. "

It was then I found out they wanted $75.00 for a replacement filter. I found Factory Direct Filters online when doing a search for custom filters with free shipping. I was able to have the custom size built for about $31.00 each. They are the same Merv rating as the original. Took about two weeks to get them but worth the wait.
