"The first box of filters were crushed on one side . Evelyn in customer service apologized and said a alternate set would be sent immediately after I E mailed a photo of them. Two days later I received new filters. This company had odd sizes and very high efficiency units that H.D. , Lowes, did not offer on line or in their stores. Their prices are very fair compared to the only super ACE hardware that had same size by special order. Order size would have been 12 units, lower efficiency, 3 week lead time and freight was not prepaid. Very competitive pricing and great service!"
