"Good experience buying custom made filters. I think the fact that you're getting a custom made filter, slows down the overall time it takes, but that's to be expected. Order enough to last a few years and you'll be set.

Fit and finish is pretty good. Had one that the corner wasn't entirely glued but I used some wood glue and it was fine. I wouldn't mind being able to set an "incremental" size like 7 3/4" of an inch (but I have this odd ball heater size so it's the heater causing the issue).
