"The filter medium itself is very good. I have a problem with the sizes being too small. I have to make a cardboard shim to keep the filters from flapping up and down when the hvac turns on and off. They are about 1/2" too small. I deal with it only because they are so reasonably priced. "
"I have been ordering filters from you for a long time as your prices are good and especially with the free shipping.
I noticed that wire reinforcing went out the window some where along the way. I kept calling up your customer service and asking for it as we have new HVAC units and the un reinforced filters were collapsing (not good) .
So you kept on sending me free replacement "reinforced" filters which is what I was asking for but none of them were wire reinforced.
We finally decided to just go ahead and save them for summer usage, but the rain wasn't as bad this year, so we were able to get by with these. We still prefer the wire reinforced, but since these now seem to be usable and still the best priced, we will continue to use them as long as we don't have collapsing filter syndrome."
