"Ordered my filters and website said it would ship in 5 days. After no notice I inquired and they said shipment was delayed until 12 days after my order. I waited until then and an extra 3 days and inquired again since I still hadn't heard anything. Now I've been told they dont know when they will be shipped! They did offer me a discount for the inconvenience but not sure that's useful since I don't know if or when I'll ever get them! Very upsetting:("

"My mistake, I didn't need a filter right away so I waited to open the box from Factory Direct. I believe they need to rethink their packaging because all the filters inside are unusable, although the box looked better than the filters.
On the positive side, after calling and reporting the problem to their customer support they are replacing the damaged filters. Their Customer Support person, Seth, answered my call promptly, was apologetic and addressed the issue immediately. Just the mild inconvenience of waiting for new filters.
