My one complaint is that the filters took a bit longer to get shipped out of their warehouse than was expected. I was looking for a Tracking number, had not received one. When I called in the young lady I spoke with seemed only interested in quoting their policies and procedures as to ship times rather than checking on the status of my order. I did finally receive my filters but found the experience a bit less satisfying and that's not good as I could become a regular customer if given polite service! "
