"I was initially concerned when I had no Web updates for a week. I sent an email expressing my concerns. It was across the holiday weekend and my filter size was odd so i may have been a bit hasty. They responded to my email promptly with ship date and tracking numbers. I got my filters within two days by FedEx. The filters are perfect and appear custom made. The labels have my name on them and appear to be a high quality product. I would recommend these guys to any one. Good price and product. "
