"I will never order from Factory Direct Filters ever again. I ordered a 20x32x1 filter and was sent out two 20x16x1 filters stacked on top of each other and taped. Funniest part was that because of the double framing in the middle where the filters are connected, the dimensions were off roughly 3/4". So you sent me a filter that was never going to work based off the dimensions I ordered. Very disappointed that someone thought that was a good idea, or better yet, that these make-shift filters would every be sent to paying customers. "
