WAS ASKED TO SEND EVIDENCE THEN OFFERED 10% OFF TO KEEP IT. I THEN SAID IT WAS A PRESENT SO WANTED A REPLACEMENT AND WAS OFFERED 30% OFF IF I BOUGHT A NEW ITEM!
I ASKED AGAIN FOR A RETURN ADDRESS TO FIND OUT IT WAS CHINA. WHEN I ASKED FOR A UK RETURN ADDRESS SINCE THIS HAD BEEN POSTED TO ME FROM THE UK WAREHOUSE I WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE.

"Fairy Season are a incredibly dishonest business. Although they have a refund policy it is bull*hit. Despite eventually being provided with the address to return the items (after countless emails) to China, it is up to the Company to accept the package, which obviously FairySeason didn’t do, resulting in my package being returned and as such more money wasted in postage. As such, they then offered a refund of a small percentage of my spend which I accepted (better than nothing), however that too is just bull*hit as after 21 days I still haven’t received it. Do yourself a favour and don purchase anything from FairySeason!"
"We ordered an supposed “in stock item”. Paid them through PayPay, receive an email from them saying the item is not available and we will notify you when it becomes... No indication of when, however they seemed fit to charge our PayPal Credit Card. Have asked them repeatedly for a refund and no reply. Filed a dispute with PayPal and then they reply. Fairy Season has asked us 2 times to drop the dispute and they will rectify.
That is not the way to conduct business. They are horrible to deal with, imo, the worst of the internet!"

"If you don't want us to reship it for you we will destroy the parcel as we are unable to bear the return shipping fee and we will have nothing compensation(refund, re-sending ) for you" They asked me for 12$ more or I lose my parcel !!
