"This company is a joke. I spent $85 on tank tops. They didn’t fit. Even though their site says you’ll receive a full refund if unsatisfied with product, that is absolutely not true. First, I had to email them and take pictures of all the tank tops to send to them. They offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. And recommended I give my tops that do not fit, to a friend. I responded to that email and notified them that their answer was unacceptable and that I needed a full refund. They then offered me 20% refund and mail the tops back. Still a freaking joke. They want me to send their clothing back and receive a $17 refund, after also paying for the return shipping. I’m losing money on buying their product. The customer service here is rude and totally unacceptable. I will Never make another purchase here, as they’re unwilling to be held accountable. DO NOT BUY FROM FAIRYLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!
Upon leaving this review on another site, Fairyland contacted me & offered me a 50% refund. I responded again stating i needed 100% of my refund. Their response after that was to give me a 30% refund. So, after offering a 50% refund, they’ve now dropped it down to 30%. As I stated, a freaking joke! Buyers beware!"
"I placed my order on 5-7-19 and still have not received it as of 6-26-19. I have asked for a refund numerous times and still have not received. They only respond that there was an issue with my address and if I want to pay an additional $10.99 they will reship. My shipping address is 100% correct. This site is a complete SCAM! Do not order from here. I will be filing a claim with my credit card today."

"Ordered 6 items, 1 arrived, the other 5 were shipped separately & were never delivered. Asked for a refund, 20+ email exchanges later, after they asked me to visit the post office, then call the post office, then ask my neighbors if they took my package, they flat out said its not their problem. After I started leaving negative reviews, they 1st offered 10% refund, and now are asking that I remove my negative reviews & they will reship the lost items. Completely ignore my request for a refund after I 've asked a dozen times. Absolutely unacceptable customer service!"

"I ordered seven shirts, so I spent a fair amount of money. I realize that these products were being shipped from China but did not expect it to take two weeks. Then one shirt was missing completely, which I got two weeks later. The products were not well-made, and wanting to return three of the shirts, I just got the run-around via e-mail by someone clearly using poor translation. They wanted me to send pictures of the items so that they could offer me a "reasonable" solution (that did not involve returning or exchanging the items).
Really, truly ridiculous. I have three shirts totaling about $35-$40 that I can't wear and can't return, and I'm pretty sure most of the reviews on this website are fake."

After unbelievable delay they told me that these shoes are sold out and they are waiting from the factory to send them again! 4 months later, YES 4 MONTHES they sent me a different pair. They pretended that it was the one I ordered. I sent the shoes back. They said they would sent my money back BUT they decided that it is better to pretend that they didn't get the shoes back. The demanded a Tracking No, I didn't have one, so they just got away with it. WITH MY MONEY AND THEIR PRODUCT ON THEIR HANDS.
