"It's a low end, sort of tacky establishment. There ARE higher grades of nonleather footwear, but perhaps the target shopper has no interest in style. A place should ALWAYS have leather; if people want vegan leather, thats fine, but to have only cheap shiny vinyl with cheap designs and in poor taste, frankly seems counter productive. In this age of designer fascination, as well as euro style trends such as Zara and H&M, it just seems as if your particular store is stuck in the 70s or something. Perhaps seek to reinvent your identity because it really seems to be not very interesting."
