"The other day I was in the store and wanted to get a pair of Adidas slides they didn't have my size in store so the girl offered to order me a pair from another store. Good start right, well they said they were in stock and would be shipped to my house within 3-5 days I paid and went on my way. A day later I get a email that they weren't in stock and that I would be getting a refund. Numerous days passed and I didn't see the return to my card, so I called the customer service line where I got some of the most snarky and rude people and was finally told it could take up to 3 weeks to get a refund in check form because I used my debit card for something that they had no problem taking out of my account that day. My problem is that you said they were in stock if they weren't I could have gotten something else or bought from offline and now I have to wait this ridiculous time frame to receive a refund and then the lady said since I seemed up set they can give me 20% off my next purchase. Really???? That is nothing first of all and second of all for what to order something else get charged then told you don't have no thanks. Worst customer service ever, I have bought from them numerous times but this will definitely be the last."

"Need to have the ability to select multiple filters, i.e., more than one size, more than one color, etc. The webpage bounces up and down as filters are selected, which is really annoying. Also, if I want to change a filter item, I have to start all over again - I can't just change the one filter feature.
