"I've used the website multiple times, wish there was an easier way to know how the shoe would fit/expected size other than reading conflicting customer reviews. Ended up buying two pairs with the expectation of returning the pair that doesn't fit as well because there are more options online than in the stores. I would rather go to the store and try the shoes on but the selection and size availability isn't there. I can typically find what I am looking for on the website but can't find it in the store to try it on. I've had to return shoes because they didn't fit as expected despite spending lots of time researching and reading reviews."

After I made my purchase I decided to browse the site and found it to be the best organized retail website I have visited. Very easy to sort through products based on type/size, I am extremely impressed and honestly have never felt so positively about an online retail site before. I also am a fan of the ability to see previous purchases if you are a rewards member. I haven't seen that option before and I really like it and think it could prove to be useful in the future regarding brands and such."
