"I prefer to shop in-store, but the stores do not carry much medium width so it's hard to try anything on. Usually I know exactly what I am looking for, so if I go to a store and they don't have it, I can have the store order it and ship it to me. My regular Skechers that I have been wearing for 8 years are no longer available at either the store or online. That makes it hard to be satisfied when attempting to buy from Famous Footwear. With every style having memory foam, It's quite possible that I might not buy Skechers anymore. In turn, I will probably not buy from Famous Footwear in the future. If I go into the store and can't see, touch, or try on what I am looking for, It doesn't pay for me to buy from this place. To get to a store, I have to travel up to 40 miles (depending on which store I go to) just to not be satisfied. That doesn't work for me, at all. I hope something changes to make things a little better for the consumer."
