"I usually love Famous Footwear, but last month I had my first negative experience at Famous. I had two discounts I had printed off. One was points I had earned and the other was a discount that was offered for that time with a specific amount purchased. Instead of using the store coupon first and my points second, the little blond woman used my points first so I could not use the other discount too. I use to love going to The Village Of Oak Creek discount mall in Sedona to shop, but after that, I don't want to go back. What upset me was that she told me I could use the other coupon on my next purchase/visit, but only had a limited time. She was obviously trying to get more sales and it **** me off!!! If I buy from Famous in the future, it will be online or when I go down to Phoenix. If they don't want to honor coupons, they shouldn't offer them. I have been a good loyal customer, but I thought that was rude! The staff that use to be there was great, but am not sure now. Online 4 me."
