Tried to resolve it with online Chat but they were unable to help. I searched the exact same shoe with the shopping option in Firefox and found Famous Footwear had the exact same shoe at a $30 savings. Then tried Honey, an online coupon finder, to find additional savings as we live three hours from nearest shopping but was unable to apply the FF coupon, which was frustrating. I did have an additional $5 rewards member savings, which applied to my cart. Have had very good customer service at the Idaho Falls FF in that they order sizes for me and have them shipped to our home. Very convenient as we have five children and it is impossible to find everything we need in our shopping outings."
