"I tried to access my account tonight and tried for 40 minutes hmmmm. I have frequented this store which is 120 mile round trip from my home. I also have ordered online. I am also a shoe person and have a large family. I buy brand names . I have had a suspicion for awhile that this stores shoes were not the same as I would order from the company or a regular store , I know from experience some discount or outlet stores offer inferior products with brand names. My son recently bought a pair of Doc Martens in their store for almost $100 dollars. His brother had worn Docs for years but with 2 small children they always came first so I bought him a pair which he took very good care of . They are barely five months old and he is careful of them and never wears them to work . They have split across the bottom , both shoes. I know his brother wore the same pair of Docs for years as have I . I have noticed this with Lugz and Sketchers I bought the grandkids there. I think these are like the Levi's at Walmart , just not the same quality. So if you have your heart set on Docs because you heard the legend please do not buy them there."
"I had a great experience until my product was shipped. I'm not sure WHY but Fedex left my package on the front steps of my work place, which is a school, at 9:07 p.m. Unfortunately, by the time anyone came to school the next morning, the package was gone. WHY would a package be delivered so late?!? However, the refund process via telephone went smoothly and my total was refunded including shipping. Now, I have to be inconvenienced and go into a store because the shoes were a birthday present for my child Saturday."
