"Your site log in process so cumbersome. I made a secure password using Last Pass and Key Chain. I am not sure who came with idea of using Rewards Number, then Last name and then pass work to login. It does not work with secure password managers. What happened to email and long upper/lower case and special character password. I spent half and hours to get in and then dropped the idea to purchase because I really frustrated with the combersome procedure."
