"This question is not specific to the store or online so I will comment on both. The store usually never has my size and the sales person always says well you can order it online. I usually need to try on shoes to know if they fit before I buy them online. Even if I wanted to take the risk of ordering online your website did not allow me to select a size. The drop down was there but nothing happened when I clicked it. So, does that mean the item is not available? If so, it should not be listed or say out of stock. This is first time I visited the website. First impression , not pleased."
