"My experience was very pleasant. I visited the store in La Quinta where I purchased 2 pair of athletic shoes for my grandsons. Returned the same day to exchange one pair for a smaller size. The La Quinta store did not have it in stock so they called the Palm Desert store. The Palm Desert store had it. I immediately drove to that store to make the exchange. The sales associates at both locations were very friendly, efficient and professional."
