"I have been ordering from Fanatics for several years. Over the past 6 to 8 months now have been receiving horrible customer service, shipping delays, defective items, and wrong items being sent to me. When trying to resolve these issues I have been receiving nothing but the runaround with this company. All this company wants from you is your money that is it they want to have no customer relations with you when you are having an issue. Find another company to spend your money that will respect you definitely not worth spending a penny here."
"I was hacked. Fraud. I received a item I did not order. Called bank. Cancelled card. Tired numerous times to chat with rep. No such luck. They didn't want anything to do with me. "These incompetent people did nothing at all to resolve my problem. What did they do? They blamed me for the issue which was clearly on them. I was told it had to do with an email? What kind of nuts do insane stuff like this? I have never had any issues using any payment methods. That includes many orders from sites that are more famous than this bungling outfit. It also includes using all the payment methods these nuts canceled my orders over. They cancel four or five orders in a row over a few months at that. How does this joke of a company even stay in business?

"Absolutely a joke of customer service. I ordered an oversized item that was time sensitive to an address I was staying at for a week. I paid for two day shipping and Fanatics shipped out the item (4/8/24) within 24 hours using Ontrac. Ontrac proceeds to then send the package all over country, missing the expected delivery day. I contacted Fantatics on 4/10/24 (expected delivery date) after seeing the tracking and my package was sent to a different part of the country. I was advised to contact the shipper and see if they can reroute the package. I then contacted Ontrac and was told only the shipper can reroute the package. I tried to explain to both companies that I was no longer at this address and my mother is elderly and will not be able to handle or deal with this oversized package. Neither company cared in the slightest.
I immediately contacted Fantatics customer support back for the second time and they say can't change the shipping address once it is shipped and was told if you do not get the three days past the expected delivery date (4/10/24), we can refund or reship to the correct address. That turned out to be a huge lie.
I Just contacted their support this morning (4/13/24) (the expected three days after the original delivery date of 4/10/24) and was told the estimated shipping in now the 14th and have to wait another three days past the new expected delivery date. I tried to explain, I am not in town and in no way this is going to be delivered properly. There was no offer of help, no we are sorry. Then the person I was talking to, abruptly disconnects the chat.
Both companies should be ashamed of themselves."
"99.9% I don't have an issue when I order from Fanatics but when UPS happens to damage a package I know I can count on the wonderful customer support team to resolve the issue. Cristin and Connie in particular are two standouts that are problem solvers when the need arises. Thank you for the excellent customer service which keeps me coming back to Fanatics again and again."

"I recently purchased a frame which was suppose to be for a vertical (portrait) picture, I mistakenly received a horizontal frame. Upon calling I was connected to Cristin who asked for a photo of item received. She stated that when she received the photo she would be able to start a replacement claim. I sent the photo instantly and true to her word I received the frame the next day. I have never experienced such professional and quick service. In a world that most people don’t want to work, this young lady responded to my request instantly. Quite unusual compared to some of the other agents that I have become accustomed to dealing with. "I received two shirts as a gift. Just wanted to swap the L for a M. They won’t do that. Asked customer service rep who told me that if I could speak to a supervisor. Was told he was “in a meeting.” Asked if he could call me back. Was told no. Asked for ANY supervisor. Agent put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me. Avoid this company. They’re customer service is horrible. If you buy a gift for someone they’re stuck with the size because exchanges are not an option. They can return it and buy something else, but do you really want your gift recipient to have to buy their own gifts just to get the right size? Stay away from this company. "
