"The night of the National Championship game I ordered $160 worth of shirts and delivery was supposed to be 3-7 business days then all of a sudden after my payment was processed delivery date change to 4 weeks out. Here it is the Eve of the Championship Parade and me and my Family does not have shirts to go out and support our Home teams first ever National Championship win. DON'T SAY 3-7 DAYS & when the order is complete that changes. I really want to cancel my order and just go to the store & buy them which I will have to do anyway just to enjoy ourselves tomorrow.... "Have ordered twice from here and both times they didn't deliver the product. 1st time they canceled the order after a few days, it was supposed to be a birthday gift. Had to rush last minute to find a replacement. 2nd time was a Christmas gift. Ordered and was informed it was being shipped. The delivery date had passed and no word on our product. Finally called FedEx and they told us that they never received the product to ship. Called Fanatics and they told us the product was lost. They never reached out to let us know anything. They also couldn't send another, because it was now sold out."

"When you receive your items from this place, they will be wrong size and wrong teams and they will treat you like it's your fault and refuse to switch items out or give refunds. You can only contact them over "chat" and they will be rude and give you the run around. I have ordered from them 3 times, had three incorrect orders, and I still have never had items corrected or been refunded once."
