No Accountability

"Ordered 1/3, they created a shipping label, but never shipped. It is now 1/15 and they don’t know where it is. They are blaming FedEx, but Fanatics never sent to FedEx, only created a label. They lie, scam, and don’t ship purchases. But they are quick to charge your account without providing what you paid for. "

Cristin - Excellent Customer Service

"I wanted to let you know of the excellent customer service Cristin provided me in resolving an issue I had with a damaged product. Cristin was very personable and immediately concerned with helping with my situation when we initially spoke on the phone. She validated my concerns and assured me she would help me through the process from beginning to end. After our phone call, she made immediate email contact as she said she would with next steps. She remained in constant contact while a replacement product was processed and then helped to close the issue with a new replacement product delivered.

Here is where I feel like Cristin’s customer service truly stood out. All of this happened during the height of Christmas orders/deliveries and I have no doubt it was a crazy period of time for her. However, she treated my situation as if it was the only one that mattered to her in that time. She had great intentionality to make sure that I felt important.

I appreciate all Cristin did and whomever is reading this should be proud to have her working for Fanatics.

Package Late, sizing wrong, Charged $9.99 to return!

"We ordered from Fanatics and paid for expedited shipping to be delivered on 12/20. The item didn't arrive until 12/27 and we had a battle getting the refund for the $14.99 for expedited shipping. The item was sized incorrectly and did not fit, then when I went to return it, the charged me a $9.99 return label fee!!! Who does that? This is not the first late order we have received from them and won't order from them again."

No delivery, long time money refund

"Ordered package on Dec 15, shipped 16th for an estimated delivery on Dec 20. On the 18th it was delivered back to warehouse for a “damaged package”, instead of just shipping me a new package of the stain I ordered. I now have to wait 15 business days to get my money back. I don’t understand this company and the people who they have working for them. Took me 2 hours on the phone to figure out what happened!!! Terrible company and terrible customer service. They should be embarrassed"

Does not meet Christmas Delivery Guarantee -- Sham Promises

"Wanted to share my experience by providing a copy of the message I sent to their alleged "Fan Advocates" department which is so conveniently never available.

just wanted to send your organization a quick note. It is not surprising none of your"Fan Advocates" are available as your organization has literally the poorest customer service I have experienced on the internet. You have a stellar organization when you have people order things on December 17 and indicate delivery no later than December 24 -- in time for the Christmas Holiday. Fanatics promise made but not kept nor honored. Pretty cool organization you have. How many other family Christmas' did you ruin this year? consider me a lost "customer"...your organization may want to look up the word "customer" and "customer service"; you'll likely find most businesses need customers buying their products to stay in business. You my want to change your alleged "Fan Advocates" sham title that are conveniently always unavailable to the "Grinch" is unavailable. It would be more appropriate.
