ask for a visa chargeback and dispute the transaction either under goods not recived or if u recive item and fancyladies refuse a return you can ask bank to do a chargeback as under the law the company has to give you a refund for returns even if theres nothing wrong with them its a law under tradeing standards for all online sales in uk and international includieng china :)
