"It took over a month to get what I ordered from this site. But that wasn't the worst - the item I got looked worn. The buckle on the outfit was banged and scrapped; the silver finish was completely taken off on most of the front. It would have been a very cute outfit, but the shape it arrived in made it unwearable. It's not even worth returning because of all the hassle it would be. Not that I could if I wanted to - for some reason, their website claims I have yet paid for the 21$ item despite the fact that I did, which is why I have the item now. (Also, I do have bank statements saying it was paid) Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this website. They are extremely unprofessional."

They were having a sale and I wanted to ask my bridesmaids before I placed the order to make sure they loved them just as much as I did. I emailed Fancyladies.com to see when the sale was ending and they were very quick to respond to me. It was extremely helpful to be able to get that personal customer service. After sending the dress to my bridesmaids, everyone LOVED the dress. I ordered it and it arrived at my house quicker than even expected. They each tried the size on that they ordered according to the size chart Fancyladies.com provides for you and they all fit perfectly. I could not have been more pleased with my selection and my experience."
