"Not a good experience here. They reimbursed my credit card almost a week after my order was placed for a hard to find Thomas the tank toy. They gave no explanation, I assume they just did'nt have the toy in stock. Had it been any closer to Christmas it would have been disappointing as I would have not had the time to find someone who had the toy. Have a plan 'B' if you oder from these guy's, and be sure to allow enough time to see wether or not they're going to send your toy or a reimbursement with no explanation."

"The prices are very competitive but their customer service is terrible! I received no confirmation e-mail of the purchase, when it was shipped, nothing. When I called them to find out about my order and I was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally gave up on talking to someone. I tried emailing customer like their website suggested and I never received a response. I half expected to have to file a fraud charge with them but it eventually showed up. It took them a week and a half to ship me the product. I will NOT be using them again."

"I am an avid online shopper and I expect to receive a package within 3 to 5 business days if I pay for shipping, from multiple previous experiences. It's the 8th day and still no package. I will blame myself, partially, because I should have known better when I read the very, very vague shipping details. I feel like if Toyland knew the costumes weren't going to arrive by Halloween there should have been a disclaimer somewhere on the site. Then I read the return policy and you're going to take 20%...lol! Way to make you're money either way Toyland. I will not return to this site, nor would I recommend it to anyone."

"DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THE COMPANIES LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE! I ordered a Halloween costume on-line for my daughter on October 21, 2012. Nervous that it wouldn't arrive in time, I paid the extra money for 2 day shipping (approximately $27.00). Today is Halloween. WE HAVE NO COSTUME! On Thursday, October 25 I attempted to contact the company. After being on hold for more than 20 minutes (on more than one attempt) and having to create an account to send an email to track the order (I assume this is so they can send you numerous advertisements), I randomly guessed and extension number and got a very rude customer serve representative. He told the the costume was shipped on October 23, 2012. According to FedX it is still sitting at the warehouse! It was initiated to ship that day, but was not! Now I get the pleasure (insert sarcasm) of trying to get my money refunded....Oh, by the way, the money was taken from my account on Monday, October 22, even before the costume was "initiated" to be shipped.

"Placed an order on 10/16 for a toddler Halloween costume. Order status as been at "confirmed" since the day I ordered it. Called customer service twice - finally got through second time after a 45 minute wait. Was told my item was ready to be shipped and he guaranteed it would be delivered on 10/29. It is now the 30th and nothing is here yet. Also sent an email on 10/26 to customer service about the status of my order and how disappointed I was in their service and have yet to hear a reply from them. Pretty much the worst company I have ever ordered from. Customer service is awful. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!! Update: it is now Nov. 5th and I still don't have the costume I ordered three weeks ago. I finally did get an email reply from them as their office is closed b/c of Sandy and all they said was "we hope you have received your order". Gee thanks that's really helpful."
