"My SM-V100T (mobile hotspot) that I ordered from Amazon.com was locked to T-Mobile. I doubted this website since it had the most rip-off kind of look. Since my choices were limited to none, I tried it anyway. IT WORKED. Can't believe I'm saying this, but it worked. The way it works:
1. First you open an account for free.
2. You need to choose the kind of service (unlock device\unlock sim)
3. Then you need to choose where it was bought from.
4. You pay accordingly (you can pay by paypal which is awesome)
5. The website adds not the service, but the amount of money that you paid for the service.
6. In your account page, in "use services" tab, you have to make sure you choose the right one (via the price you paid and the description). Then you click on "use chosen service".
7. Afterwards you just have to wait. The website said it would take up to 3 days; I waited about 7 hours tops... AND IT WORKED!

"I was having trouble at first, I was doing everything the guide said to do and nothing was happening note 3 wasn't being detected. Finally I e-mailed customer support and they ask if I had stock ROM if not then they can help me get stock firmware. Yes my note 3 was rooted with custom recovery. I have backup of my stock ROM so I flashed it back to stock. Then I tried the USB unlock again and it worked the first time. It only took seconds to unlock. "I have to be honest I was very very wary of using this site as I had read the bad reviews and I thought well if it is a scam then it's my own fault as I read the reviews and didn't listen.
In all fairness it is a genuine website and unlocked my Samsung S5 (G900-F) which was on EE to 02 in under 10 mins (Using the USB method) all you need is a basic knowledge of a mobile and computers to do it and it was cheap it cost $14.99 which is around about £10.37 GBP unlike the shop on my local high street who wanted £25.00 to unlock this mobile.
Also don't waste your time on those survey things they don't work spend the £10.00 and get it unlocked professionally, Virus free and fast.
