"I came accross this service through the internet. It was the lowest price I have found.
I wanted to unlock an Alcatel OneTouch Mpop brought from another country.
The process was not easy, as I could not find one of the requested parameters, nad so they could not help me.
First they have refund my money, and the support sevice has explained the reason why they cannot help me.
Later, once I figured out the missing data, they returned to help me and the unlock was succesful.
The service looks fast if everything goes OK, however if soemthing is missing and you need to contact the customer service, it might take up to few hours to get the answers. But their customer service is patient and excelent."

"After reading the reviews from this site for FastGSM, i bought their service for unlocking of the iPhone 4. Unfortunately, they are not able to unlock my phone till now and they are giving me a lame excuse that there is some problem with my hardware(iPhone). STRANGE. I have not manufactured iphone at home :-). After stressing they told me we are looking into the matter. I have sent 100's of reminders and now no response as if this company is shut down.
I suggest to the readers, this can happen to you as well. Its better to spend more money and go to company stores to buy services. Its harassment by FastGSM after paying them the money.
