"I have purchased the Galaxy Note 3 N9005 LTE in Europe and activated it with an European SIM.
Unfortunately, as opposed to Samsung's claims, it was locked to non-European SIMs (I used an Israel SIM card).
I have purchased the Unlock service from FastGSM but unfortunately they couldn't find the proper Unlock Code. Consequently', they immediately and without hesitation refunded the purchase price.
Few days later, on their initiative I have got a notice that a new service for European GN3 is available.
I have re-purchased the service and bingo, it worked and my GN3 is now Region and SIM Lock free!
The happy end is a result of at least 10 emails that were exchanged between me and Tomas from FastGSM who patiently answered all my questions.

"I bought a Samsung Note 3 from AT&T and purchased this unlock code from FastGSM. It worked like a charm !! I upgraded to the Note 3 from the Samsung Galaxy 3. AT&T said they can help me unlock my S3 because I have finished my contract but they gave me an unlock code that DOES NOT work. I called them 5 times and each time I was directed to a different customer specialist and opened a new case to "investigate" why the code did not work for me. Guess what happened ? "Unlocked my AT&T Galaxy S4 with ease.
Tried the free method online, which didn't work.
