I've cancelled several orders because of failure to ship promptly. On the one order that was misplaced, their customer service representative showed no concern for resolving the issue, simply repeating the same instruction to look at the same tracking site over and over. No effort to actually resolve the delay. This person was both rude and condescending, while days went by with no resolution. "
