"When I purchase from here I know I am going to wait four to six weeks.
Sadly the last item I purchased was over that period, when i checked my account I saw item was still not dispatched due to item unavailable , not unavailable but not same colour... it was a pack of e cig coils. I didn't care about the colour. Finally after emailing and saying to send me any colour it arrived faulty, dead no life in it at all. (Ecig mod I ordered with the coils)
Staff have been very helpful but I may now send it back before they can issue a replacement. Basically I will be waiting about four months to get a mod I was willing to wait about three weeks for, plus the whole hassle of paying to send it back and more time out of my day and expense i do not have."

"Knowing there's a built in couple of weeks involved in any order from China, I always ensure that I only order things that are labeled "in stock" on the Fasttech website. I ordered a mouse that had this label. A few days later, having not received a shipping notification, I checked my order and it was now labeled "restocking".
Not wanting to add an indefinite wait, I located a couple of alternatives that the site indicated were in stock. I opened a ticket and asked if it would be possible to cancel the original order and apply the money I'd already paid to these other items. Support replied and let me know that my alternate choices were ALSO restocking. I said, "Fine, forget it.", and resolved to just wait however long it was going to take and ordered a replacement from another source.
A couple of weeks later, I get an email from support indicating that the original product I had ordered had been discontinued and would I prefer to switch my order to another item or get a refund. I asked them to switch the order to yet another alternate that the site listed as in stock. When I was informed that this alternate was also restocking, I asked for (and received) a refund.
To be fair, I've ordered products from Fasttech for years and this is the first bad experience I've had. The level of ridiculousness, though, in four separate products that the website says are in stock being out of stock earned this bad review of what has otherwise been a fine company to deal with. "
