Then they say we can tell in a picture so send video. I do that still no response. I wasted my money don't waste yours"

"Ich hatte einen Verdampfer und einen Akkuträger bestellt, leider funktionierte nur der Verdampfer.
Die Verständigung mit dem Support war umständlich und hat 14 Tage gedauert.
Der Rückversand musste selbst organisiert und vorausgezahlt werden.

Aktuell warte ich immer noch auf Ersatz, da der defekt Akkuträger erst in China ankommen muss bevor der Ersatz
versendet wird.
Dauert auch schon wieder 12 Tag.
Wenn man alles zusammenrechnet (Versand 21Tage + Support 14Tage + Rückversand 12Tage + neu Versand 21Tage) dann sollte ich wohl zum Ende des Jahres ankommen.
