"My plant arrived late and very poorly packaged. The box it was in was much too large, the plant was very jostled about with most of the soil thrown out of the pot and large sections broken off. I'm not sure if the plant will recover, very disappointed"
"I bought a 4-5 foot olive tree on this site. When it arrived it looked a little meek (very little foliage), it started to rebound, but then died suddenly and I realized it was covered in scale. I spent a few months fighting the scale infestation, but it died. I had bought the tree replacement warranty, called to use it, and was given a gift card that didn't cover the cost of a new tree. I called back and they were conveniently out of the 4-5 foot trees and could only sell me the 5-6 which would cost $45 (note that if I replaced it with a 2-3 foot tree there would be no refund for the cost difference). The customer service rep referenced "policy" so many times it was insulting. It was frustrating to say the least; the tree quality was poor, the warranty was a scam, and the service rep was awful."
"I ordered a Royal Empress Tree from FastGrowingTrees.com. It died within two weeks after planting it. I told customer service and they said, don't worry, the roots will take and it will grow back in September. It never grew back. I asked for a replacement tree or a refund and they had the nerve to tell me that it was too late, because it was out of the 30-day warranty period. Well, you are the ones that assured me there was nothing to worry about. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. Two thumbs down!"
"Ordered a tree and it arrived 2 weeks later. Dried to a crisp. Most leaves dead, brittle and dehydrated. Contacted firm who replied with a form letter saying the plant might take 5 weeks to recover and grow new leaves. They will never have repeat customers.... "

"What online nursery with any competence would ship over a holiday so that their product sits in a box for a week before delivery? One that wishes to improve their bottom line by selling "warranties" for additional cost, that's who. Shame of it is that the tree in question would very likely have survived and thrived if not for the shipping foolishness provided by this company. Live and learn, no more business from here for FGT."

"I bought a sweet pomegranate tree and an Arbequina olive tree online. The sweet pomegranate tree looks fine. The olive tree, they probably picked the worst one to send to me. It looks so so sad and dirty. Nowhere close to the picture they put online for advertisement. There is a disclaimer sent with the three saying we are in winter months, the tree looks this bad but if I were the owner of this business, I would never send my customer anything like this.
Their price is not the cheapest either.
I would never shop with them again or recommend anyone to do online shopping with Fast Growing Tree. "
"The trees I bought were supposed to be 3 to 4 ft trees in grower pots and alive with foliage. What I received was a box filled so that if one tree was right-side-up, then tge other tree was upside-down. Sure enough, all the planting material and the root ball, were completely outside the pot, dry and brittle to the touch. One tree had a four yellow leaves on it, the upside-down one was completely bare. The stalk (can't really call it a trunk) was dry.
This is what $70 per plant got me...and boy am I steamed about it. Tomorrow's phonecalls include Fast Growing Trees, followed immediately by a call to my credit card company to place a dispute/hold on their $160 charge until there is a satisfactory remedy!"
