$10 off...not really
"I loved picking out a tree, but was disappointed when I used my $10 off. The $10 off, raised the total price from $143 to $170. Instead of taking $10 off the whole order, it took $10 off the product only. That caused the order to be below the free shipping deal by $2, so $36 was added to the bill. I did not use the coupon. Kind of crazy if you ask me. If you give someone a coupon, then they should not be penalized for using it. "
