"My trees were destroyed during shipping. i sent them proof. They gave ma run around to file a claim with shipping insurance. Shipping insurance provider never contacted me. I am out $400 with no recourse."
"I purchased several varieties of trees and shrubs from Fast Growing Trees. The shrubs were adequate. The trees were awful. A cherry tree that I purchased was pruned badly when it was younger. The trunk was topped off at about 4 ft, and two subordinate stems became dominant. One of the two stems was pruned again a couple of years later, turning the top of this tree into a mess. The overall shape of the tree was a double "Y" at about 3 1/2 ft. I would never have purchased this tree from any nursery.
A maple tree that I purchased was a 5 ft stick - no limbs for 4 ft. The tree arrived in a 2.5 gal pot.
I would never have purchased this tree from any nursery.
I would not purchase another tree from this nursery.

"Plant became damaged with, some leaves was cut. Soil was infected by centipede.... It is a worst experience ever! "
"The Fiddle-leaf Fig tree that I ordered arrived badly damaged and died two days after arrival. I have not been compensated by Fast Growing Trees. I told Customer Service would like to be refunded but have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my request.
Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this company nor recommending this company in the future. A waste of money..."
"Bought 20 plants 1'-2' Thuja Green Giant. When they came they altready had turned brown/dry. I called the company and I was assured by Elvis that they will grow. I emmidiately plantrd them and water them. I also added Black Cow Manour as recomanded by Elvis. I have to wait for 6-8 weeks. Hoping that they will grow. SS"
"My plants were shipped from East Coast to Ca in early March. It took about 5 days. Leaves on the sweet olives were not that great. Soil was not dried. The magnolias were still bare. The only flower was dried up. Besides these, my experience was very positive. I hope i can nurse them back to healthy conditions."
"The trees arrived faster than the given delivery date. When my trees arrived the packaging was excellent for their protection during delivery. I received beautiful, healthy, and green trees. The potting was moist and no signs of drying. I planted my trees 2 weeks ago and they are adjusting to my Virginia climate great! I recommend ordering your fast-growing-trees.com. "
"Nearly 50% of the trees received arrived with issues. For the premium price paid, the trees should be very nice. 4 of 4 Tea Olives arrived with holes in many of the leaves from a fungus. 2 of 8 Baby Giant (Virginian) Arborvitaes arrived with issues. Now we’re waiting until next month to get a replacement tree because they are out of stock. I highly recommend going to a local nursery so you can see what your being sold. We will not be ordering from Fast Growing Trees (or any other online tree supplier) again. Certainly a costly mistake on our part. "
"Our daughter requested a living tree for her birthday. We are happy to report the lime tree arrived in great condition and was on her Boston doorstep for hours before she got home to her surprise (no frost that night!). Pictures she sent us show a beautiful healthy tree, larger than what we ordered, so that was a great surprise! Hoping she will get limes this year! Thank you! "
"All of the Holly trees came in great shape!"
"Got several plants at once. Some I believe had not produced leaves yet due to season but looked healthy. Great variety and well protected shipping methods."
"I only bought a plant a Japanese maple. I don't know what the reason is but they say they will send it at the end of March. therefore I have not yet received it. I will continue waiting I have high expectations since it is the first time that I buy from you thanks."
"I never sweat "somewhat expensive" if the value is there. "Fast growing" is a misnomer here, for us. We ordered several different types of plants and trees, and none really did well. The peach tree got three undersized peaches, and they immediately dropped off; our local grocery store offered larger trees, doing quite well, for 1/3 the cost and no shipping. Yes, we ordered the additional potting soil to help everything along, and the guarantee on each, adding further cost which made the whole deal move from somewhat expensive to really expensive. But the crowning moment was the strwaberry plants, which eventually had all individually and slowly died after proper watering and "potting $oil", the return process was unbelievable. They charged for shipping the new plants, which cost more than local strawberry plants. We do NOT recommend."
"I was initially skeptical about having live trees shipped to me, but my trees were perfect.
They arrived in 2 days, packaged beautifully and ready to go. Within hours the trees had opened up and after several weeks they have each gotten 2 new leaves.
Fiddle figs can be delicate, but these are hearty, beautiful and growing well.
And they were the size and shape as advertised.
I will definitely be ordering again."
"I couldn't figure out how the company would ship the little trees all the way from Washington to Texas, but they were packed carefully and didn't have a flaw whatsoever. They are beautiful, already budding out, but we know to keep them safe since the last day a frost can occur usually in Texas is mid April. Thanks! Will definitely order again."
