The tree is stressing a little but most every plant I buy online goes through a couple rough weeks of loosing a few leaves then levels out. This tree arrived pruned well for the makings of a bushy growth. I'm satisfied the plant I received was worth the price."

"I ordered a 5-6 ft citrus tree for $130 and got a 5 ft tall pencil with a dozen leaves worth $20. It was clearly pruned to discourage branching and to grow as tall as possible, (healthy branches near the bottom look to have been snipped off the year before) looks to be less than 3-4 years old, came in a 3 gallon pot (looks recently transplanted), high graft point, and... tldr; never, ever, ever buy a fruit tree from fast-growing-trees.com. They will cut corners to cut costs, and scam you out of your money. Avoid at all costs.
The 10" aloe I also purchased to hit free shipping was fine though. But notably, there is always free shipping, just another marketing tactic.
They did give me a full refund, to their credit; but store policy technically does not seem amenable to refunds."

Since I was having trouble finding a Chinese Fringe tree from a local retailer, I decided to try one more time. The tree exceeded my expectations. It was much taller than I expected, straight and had numerous limb branches. None of the branches were broken. If I can't find a plant I am looking for in the future, I won't be hesitant to try Fast Growing Trees again. "

"I took out the insurance for both plants. One died about a month ago so I called to initiate a insurance claim. Since that call the other plant is now very soft and leaning to the side. I was told I could get a refund or a new plant. I chose a new plant, then I was told that I would have to pay shipping which is just about what I paid for the plant. Very disappointed. I do not want to call about the other plant because I would have to pay delivery. This was so disappointing! The girl taking care of me was very polite and kind. Policy is not her fault. "

"I ordered a 5 variety cherry tree. It arrived promptly and was planted immediately. I know that deciduous trees don't have leaves this time of the year-but the buds on this tree don't look healthy compared to what I see on my other deciduous trees. They look very dry and are showing no signs of life. I hope this tree perks up soon. I was reluctant to order this tree because I have never had luck with bare root trees before-and I hope this one will be different. Hopefully, there will be some signs of life in the next month or so. "
