"I WORKED WITH A TECH NAME MARALYN, SHE WAS SO PATIENT, SHE DID NOT GET OFF THE COMPUTER WITH ME, AND SHOW ME DETAIL BY DETAIL WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO, AND WILL ONLY DO IT IF IT WAS OKAY WITH ME, SHE STOP MY POP UP, INSTALLED ADBLOCKER RAN THERE TECH STUFF AND THEN FOLLOWED UP WITH ME AND GAVE ME HER PERSONAL EMAIL SO I WON;T HAVE TO WAIT ON A CALL QUE WHEN I NEEDED ASSISTANT. I AM GREATFUL FOR HER, SHE WAS PATIENT AND KIND AND RECENTLY MADE SURE WHILE BEING ON THE PHONE WITH ME SHE MADE IT CLEAR THAT I WILL NOT TOUCH ANYTHING THAT I ASKED HER NOT TO, WE EVEN SPOKE OF OUR CHILDREN, NOT LIKE SOME COMPANIES THAT IGNORE YOU AND LEAVE YOU WAITING FOREVER, AND WHEN SAID AND DONE I WAS ABLE TO PLAY MY GAMES WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. TO TOP IT OFF SHE SENT ME HER EMAIL IN WHICH IF I NEED HER I CAN CONTACT HER DIRECTLY. Winthrop proved me wrong... we spent couple hours solving my issue with my printer and more. I even lost my CD for the printer softaware to get it re-install and he went all the way and pull it out of the internet and re-install it, set it up, and made sure things were running to my satisfaction.

"This is a scam people. Most of you likely did not have problems with your computer, but they "fixed" them anyway for a nice fee. They load the adware onto your computer (unbeknownst to you and without your permission) and then their ad pops up telling you there are issues. They charge you an initial fee and then tell you of all the thing wrong that can be fixed for a greater fee. Sound familiar? They prey on your lack of computer knowledge. This is incredibly unethical, although probably not illegal (although installing adware on your computer without permission may be). Who wants to join me in a class action."
