"I had some issue on Oct. 14 with Windows not updating 17 updates and called Fast Fix123. This was resolved. I tried printing coupons using Java and saw the notice I needed to have Java updated to version 8 update25. I called again on Oct. 15, 10am cst, and it took until 10:33am on Friday, Oct. 17th to fix it because somewhere in the past 4 to maybe 6 or 7 months, my profile was compromised. I more than likely did this as it was originally Administrator, then it went to nothing but small lines, thus compromising Java from being updated. Many techs worked on this Java issue over two days, and at times I became frustrated, upset, angry and lost patience. I apologize for any wrong actions and venting my frustration. Fast Fix 123 techs are there to help, and they did!
I appreciate everything that was done! A new profile was created for me. I was also told that any further versions of Java should install smoothly. I was on the phone today, Oct. 17, with Ray, a man with the patience of a saint! He walked me through many steps explaining so much. He is so nice to do this for me, as I was almost at wits end. He needs to be highly commended and given a bonus! Gary from New Jersey was also so very helpful. Thank you all for the much needed help. At one point I wanted to call the Better Business Bureau. Stupid on my part (I didn't). I will recommend the company to friends BUT will tell them it could take 24 hours or more to fix a problem. I learned more about my PC in the past two days then in the past two years when I purchased my PC. Kudos to you all. A fine group indeed!
