I contacted Fast Fix to install an anti viral package, but during installation they discovered that there were difficulties that were seriously slowing my computer. I opted for a clean up of my computer offered by Fast Fix, which they duly executed. This process took approximately 24 hours.
My computer is now back to normal and fully protected.

The technicians involved -Trevor and James - were friendly, polite and very knowledgeable of their discipline. At no time did I feel hurried or under pressure, they both put me ease and were reassuring. They took their time to explain all that they were doing.
All in all, a friendly and professional service.
