"Fat Brain Toys expedited my order quickly. There was an issue with UPS claiming the package was left at my front door at 9pm, but it wasn't. It was delivered to my leasing office the next day. During this debacle, I dealt with Christine in your customer service department and she was a blessing. She not only communicated back and forth in a timely manner, she made a claim to UPS and had another shipment made so that I would be assured to have my gifts in time for Christmas. Obviously my order showed up the next day, so i will have to return the replacement order. However, I am considering purchasing the second order just because of the fantastic customer service I received from Christine. Fat Brain should be very excited to have such a wonderful employee like Christine working for them. "
