"Do NOT order from them. Their customer service is terrible. It has been 5 weeks and I still don't have my order. They claimed they issued a refund which the NEVER did and I did not ask for. I wanted the items as they were Christmas gifts. When I called Terri in customer service was ""sorry about your luck, but we issued a refund." When I told her they hadn't and I would log on to check she said she would "log on as well. Just to be sure it wasn't there". HELLO! I would lie about that? It wasn't there Big Shock. No apology nothing. "well thepackage was returned to us, a refund was issued" NO it wasn't. Now one of my main items is not available, sorry about your luck again. Find their items elsewhere and save yourself the headache. If I could gives them a 0 I would.

EDITED - I was NOT refunded for the item. I was issued a refund for the shipping. So their statment is on its face incorrect Let me restate that the custermer service representing fat brain toys was rude. I understand logistics, i am an engineer, but there is a serious breakdown somewhere in their system.
