"TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a present for my sisters kid, paid $43.35 to have it shipped to Norway, paying $17.95 for the gift itself. It was shipped with USPS on the 6th of December and has still not arrived. Don't expect any help from Fat Brain Toys, they push all responsibilty over on USPS. The result? Now I have to go and buy the kid another present for xmas as the gift will not arrive in time.
Get with the program Fat Brain Toys. Other online retailers, like for example Shopbop are shipping to Norway in 2 days... FOR FREE... with DOOR TO DOOR delivery and you can even pre-pay import taxes within the online store. "

"I LOVE their website. Very helpful regarding ages and where things are manufactured. Do wish their charts were apples to apples - on some 10% and 50% were the same height - it varied depending on what was the highest for that toy - and that is misleading because you automatically look at the height of the bar, not what percentage it is.
They were great about getting my orders shipped quickly also!
Do wish when shipping to two children at the same address that it was possible to put a name on each gift. Only way that I could see to do that was to send two shipments, which is more expensive and also wasteful.
The only negative of the experience, and it was a small thing, was the corner of one toy box was dented in. It didn't effect the toy as far as I could tell but I hated giving a gift (it was a birthday present) with the box corner bent because it looked sort of used. Didn't have time to return nor was it worth the cost. The outside of the shipping box wasn't dented at all so I think it was put into the box that way. Other than that, completely satisfied!"
