"Recently made my first purchase from Fat Brain. I have nothing bad to say whatsoever about the service, quality of merchandise, nor the online order process. The information about the products on the web was thorough and accurate; I received exactly what I expected...no misrepresentation. I especially enjoyed the emails about the delivery status, usually I am looking at the tracking data a few days lout from delivery, but Fat Brain seemed to keep a step ahead of my inquiries and sent me notifications, I even received one at work letting me know my UPS driver had placed the package in my garage. Having dealt with many on-line retailers in the past, I have to give Fat Brain top rating for their excellent customer service, a lost art in our fast food and volume based economy."

"Fat Brain toys is a wonderful toy company and retail store. I have shopped on the website for several years and now have moved and can shop in their retail store. These people really care about what they sell and the customers they sell too. The toys they sell really make the person playing with them use their brain. They have the best selection of logic games, I ever seen and their toys are fresh not the rehashing of what you see at most brick and mortar stores. Their customer service is wonderful and if the customer is unhappy they remedy that too. Not all toys are a hit with everyone and they provide a wide range of options. Their website is set up so easy to navigate. I like that I can shop for kids with special needs and see what they recommend. I like that I can shop for toys made only in America. I like that I can shop by age or gender as it makes it fairly easy to find what you are looking for. "
