"Their web ordering system does not allow for large PDF files (high resolution) to be uploaded but it doesn’t tell you the file size is the issue. It just fails the attempt with no real explanation making you frustrated. Reaching out to customer service is disjointed as it is only via email and replies often come the next day. This makes any real communication almost impossible adding to the frustration.
The web site offers a place to put in instructions but they do not follow the instructions.
FatHead got me with a 20%-off offer to become a first-time customer but when I ordered one of their large prints and needed to send a large file. This made my order not automated which caused them to want to renege on the 20% offer. When I tried to get them to honor it, they offered a discount on a future product (which I do not need at this time).
In the end, they printed my poster wrong and had no interest in making it right.

"Don’t waste your money. Product is NOT reusable, ripped off all the paint once we tried to move it. Contacted customer service and had to have a 4 day back of forth conversation just for them to tell me that they can’t do anything but offer a 20% discount off a new fathead (which clearly I will not be using) and informed me that their products actually only have a lifespan of 1.5-2 years which is a crazy amount of money to spend on just a giant sticker that will ruin your walls.
I will continue to write my reviews on every platform possible to warn anyone to not waste their money! "
" ordered the complete CeeDee Lamb wall vinyl set (not cheap!) for my grandson’s birthday. The Fathead website showed delivery within 3-4 business days for expedited shipping, which I gladly paid for. On the third business day I emailed and asked if I should have received a shipping notice. She informed me when it shipped I would receive one, and I will receive my order 2/15 at the latest, which is EIGHT business days! I emailed her back and included a screenshot of THEIR WEBSITE, showing 3-4 business day delivery with expedited shipping. She kindly informed me that their website is wrong, and assured me she would immediately correct the website, like that was going to be of some comfort to me at this point. She included a tracking number, and let me know that the delivery “right now” was showing to be 3 days away, business day #6, and 2 days after my grandson’s birthday party. No way do I believe this will happen. The icing on the cake was the “Have a great day!” she closed her email with. No offer to refund the expedited shipping I paid for a product that will not be here when their website stated it would, no attempt to do anything to remedy the situation, just “we screwed up, we don’t care, have a great day!” False advertising, terrible customer service, buyer beware!"
"I ordered what I needed and chose express. My cutout did arrive on the date specified during the transaction. I give it the 5th star because the first proofing email was caught in spam so I didnt approve the proof until a day later. Turns out it did not affect my arrival date. I feel wierd that im the only person that was satisfied."

"I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted over a month with these people. It's a long story, but the bottom line is that I placed my original order on May 13, and due to delays entirely on their end, I had to cancel my order today and am now paying $86 express shipping to get them in time from a seller on Etsy. Do not order from them unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment.

"First of all, read the lead times very carefully and add at least 5 days. It will take 8 business days for them to produce them AFTER the proof is approved (though they promise "5-7 days for production and order processing") and then add the shipping time. They missed arriving for the event by a week. Ordered April 17, proof came on April 20 mid-day (2.5 days to proof) and I turned them around within an hour of receiving the proofs. They shipped on May 2nd and were received on May 6th. That is 15 business days from start to finish, and again, I approved the proofs within an hour of receiving them.
I ordered 16.5" Big Heads and they were only 12" tall. So if you want your "Big Heads" to be bigger than a normal head, size them WAY up.
No apologies from customer service or any attempt to speed up production as the event approached. Just pointed out that the proof had a ruler on it and I should have known I was getting 12" heads. "

"Terrible company! I ordered 2 Fatheads and specifically paid for Express shipping, which cost as much as the Fatheads because I needed them within 9 days. According to their website Express shipping is 1 business day. I received the proofs via email and approved them immediately. Then I received an email that the order had been shipped on Sept 23. So I should have received them by Sept 24, but at the very latest Sept 25 if they indeed shipped Express like I paid for. They did not. They sent regular Fedex and I didn't receive my order until Sept 29 - which was too late so I paid all that money for nothing!!!
